All bachelor of science in engineering programs except cyber engineering are accredited by the Engineering Accreditation Commission (EAC) of ABET, http://www.abet.org, and both bachelor of science programs in engineering technology are accredited by the Engineering Technology Accreditation Commission (ETAC) of ABET, http://www.abet.org. The Bachelor of Science in Computer Science is accredited by the Computing Accreditation Commission (CAC) of ABET, http://www.abet.org.

Computing Resources

The Painter (Linux) and Bluedawg (IBM) Louisiana Optical Network Initiative (LONI) supercomputers are housed at Louisiana Tech.   For more information, go to http://www.loni.org.

In addition to LONI resources, Tech is part of the Access Grid network. Access Grid is a multi-institutional, worldwide project that allows users to video conference in a large-scale, collaborative environment.
