About the College
The Louisiana Tech College of Engineering and Science equips engineers and scientists to develop solutions for the challenges of tomorrow. As our students prepare to build tomorrow’s world, they receive hands-on, interdisciplinary training in applied sciences, computer science, engineering, and mathematics. In addition to pursuing degree options, they can participate in research both in class and at integrated research centers, where they collaborate with faculty and other experts in various areas, such as nanotechnology, cyber security and green engineering.

Chemistry Accreditation

All engineering programs are accredited by the Engineering Accreditation Commission of the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET), and both four-year engineering technology programs are accredited by the Technology Accreditation Commission of ABET.
