B.S. in Electrical Engineering Technology

Electrical Engineering Technology (EET) is a four-year curriculum leading to a Bachelor of Science degree. The curriculum covers most of the same subject areas as the Electrical Engineering program but differs in several significant ways:

  • Mathematics requirements are less stringent,
  • Laboratory courses are more numerous to provide more extensive hands-on training,
  • The study of theoretical subject matter, while comprehensive, is somewhat less rigorous, and
  • Design emphasizes practical applications of existing technologies using a systems-integration approach.

The Pre-Fall 2016 and Fall 2016 curricula are available in pdf.
