B.S. in Electrical Engineering Technology
Electrical Engineering Technology (EET) is a four-year curriculum leading to a Bachelor of Science degree. The curriculum covers most of the same subject areas as the Electrical Engineering program but differs in several significant ways:
-
Mathematics requirements are less stringent,
-
Laboratory courses are more numerous to provide more extensive hands-on training,
-
The study of theoretical subject matter, while comprehensive, is somewhat less rigorous, and
-
Design emphasizes practical applications of existing technologies using a systems-integration approach.
