Dr. Scott R. Forrest - Center Director
Dr. Scott R. Forrest is the Director of the Shreveport Center. Dr. Forrest possesses a unique blend of operational military and engineering research experience. He has been associated with the university since 1988 and earned both his Master of Science and his PhD at Louisiana Tech. His research activities include the development of micro and nano technologies with military, homeland defense and aerospace applications. Dr. Forrest recently retired from military service with over 30 years experience as a Marine Corps and Air Force Reserve pilot. Dr. Forrest was appointed as the Center Director on October 1, 2008.

Ms. June Edwards - Administrative Assistant
Ms. June Edwards is the Administrative Assistant at the Technology Transfer Center. Ms. Edwards assists the Director with facility administration, management, and planning. She has thirty years of experience in secretarial and administrative positions and has extensive experience planning and facilitating workshops and conferences. She received he degree in Office Administration at Louisiana Tech and has worked for the Technology Transfer Center since 1999.

Mr. Wayne Hogue - Shreveport-Bossier City Program Coordinator
Mr. Wayne Hogue is the Louisiana Tech Shreveport-Bossier City Program Coordinator. He represents and promotes Tech in the Shreveport-Bossier area in determining the region’s higher education needs and he serves as a liaison between the community and the Ruston campus. He teaches leadership and character development classes and is in the process of creating an academic leadership program based on his book, Elements of Leaders of Character. He has fifteen years of university teaching experience.
