College Mentoring Program
Research shows that mentoring makes a significant difference for both tenure-track faculty, as well as faculty who are moving into new responsibilities or research areas. It has also shown that mentoring is beneficial to those who serve as mentors, providing new opportunities for collaboration and development of leadership skills, as well as the institution, by positively impacting new faculty members' professional development and job satisfaction.
