Biography

Mrs. Hogan is Dietetic Internship Director and Instructor in Nutrition and Dietetics.  As the Dietetic Internship Coordinator, she establishes relationships with preceptors in healthcare facilities across north and central Louisiana.  She works closely with interns throughout their rotations and holds a monthly seminar class for them to attend.  She enjoys interacting with students during this phase as they are on the brink of achieving their professional goals.  In addition to her internship responsibilities, Mrs. Hogan teaches undergraduate courses in Nutrition and Dietetics.  Her previous work as a clinical dietitian includes acute care settings and consulting in long-term care.  She has a passion for encouraging others to make healthy choices both within the classroom setting and throughout her life.
