Thank you for requesting more information about Louisiana Tech University’s Master of Science in Engineering and Technology Management (MSETM) program. We know return on investment is one of the most important factors in selecting a graduate program, and we are proud to say that our program has been ranked among the Best Online Engineering Management programs by OnlineMastersDegrees.org, Best Online Engineering Management by Intellegent.com, Most Affordable Online Colleges for Master’s in Engineering Management by SR Education Group, and Top Online College For Value for Master’s in Engineering Management by the SR Education Group. With this program, you will receive a master’s degree from a nationally ranked, highly-regarded, SACS-accredited, research institution at a competitive price. Our program will prepare you to lead in manufacturing or service companies, improve innovation, and secure future technology.

We offer two distinct delivery methods for Engineering and Technology Management so that you can have the flexibility to choose the program that aligns with your professional and career goals:

  • Professional Online MSETM:A 33-hour program that allows professionals to complete work within the program from anywhere in the world, or
  • Traditional MSETM: A 33-hour program that is taught on our campus in Ruston, Louisiana.

In either option, you’ll be able to tailor your curriculum to one of four distinct concentrations: engineering management, management of technology, construction, or data science. A thesis is an option but not required for the Engineering and Technology Management program. You may qualify for admission even if your bachelor’s degree is not in engineering or technology.

We are now offering a GRE waiver! Applicants should have a minimum undergraduate GPA of 3.0 and a bachelor’s degree from a U.S. institution to take advantage of the waiver. If you do not meet these requirements, we encourage you to take the GRE.

I look forward to talking with you in the future and discussing how a master’s degree in Engineering and Technology Management can move your career forward.  Please contact me via phone (318-257-3107) or email (bhegab@latech.edu).
