Mr. Tsunami

Team Members: Zachary Broussard, Nolan Taylor

Sponsor: Super Stud Building Products

Advisor: Dr. Kelly Crittenden

Mr. Tsunami is a robotic pressure washing attachment that connects directly to a pressure washer via a high-pressure hose. It is capable of cleaning flat surfaces such as driveways, sidewalks, and patios. Mr. Tsunami uses a microcontroller along with multiple sensors to stay within a user-designated boundary. The inspiration for this project stems from Roomba robotic vacuum cleaners.

Snap-City Domes

Team Members: Trey Achee, Lori Hawkins, Robert Simmons, Kyla Wilkens

Advisor: Dr. Kelly Crittenden

The problem we are addressing is the inferior disaster relief shelters that are being offered by agencies. The existing shelters are typically used once and are slow to be sent to the end-user. Our solution is a reusable, rapidly deployable dome that will withstand the elements and provide a comfortable living space during the months following a devasting disaster.
