Degree Options

We are delighted that you are considering a graduate education in one of the STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) disciplines. Many national studies have shown that an advanced degree in a STEM discipline is one of the best foundations for a bright future in a rapidly changing world.  Louisiana Tech offers graduate degrees in the following areas.

Applied Physics (M.S.),
Biomedical Engineering (Ph.D.),
Computational Analysis and Modeling (Ph.D.)
Computer Science (M.S.),
Engineering (M.S.) and (Ph.D.),
Engineering and Technology Management (M.S./online),
Mathematics and Statistics (M.S.), and
Molecular Sciences and Nanotechnology (Ph.D.) and (M.S.).

We invite you to apply to one of these programs.

The College also offers a graduate certificate in Communications Systems (open only to CenturyLink employees).

Admissions Inquiries

To be considered for admission, students must make a formal application for admission and must possess a degree in an acceptable engineering or science curriculum. Applicants who lack a sufficient background, yet have demonstrated a potential for graduate study may be accepted but will likely be required to take remedial courses.
