Course and Admission Information
INEN 514: Statistical Analysis for Six Sigma – Apply statistical techniques to industrial problems.
CSC 530: Database Theory – Learn data models, relational algebra and calculus, data dependencies and schema normalization in distributed database environments.
STAT 509: Statistical Learning – Apply machine learning theory and application using the R language.
Select one of the following courses.
CSC 576: Data Analytics Tools and Applications – Introduction to data analytics including key tools and concepts from the functional and technical perspective to solve real world challenges.
INEN 521: Introduction to Cognitive Systems Engineering – Model, analyze, and predict the performance of human-machine systems.
*All courses are 3 credit hours
Program Admission Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 2.5 Grade-Point Average or 2.75 on the last 60 hours attempted
- Minimum 2.25 or 2.50 on the last 60 hours for conditional admission
- Submission of all official admission documents to the Louisiana Tech Graduate School
